This number keeps calling me about receiving a credit card to lower my monthly interest rate. It says to press "9" to get a representative. Every time you press 9 and get a real person they say, "Hello how may I assist you" then Hang up Immediately. Every Time without fail. You can't even talk with them before they hang up.
